specification or from our own designs. Our own cats, dogs and bears can be supplied especially quickly and
cost-effectively. We provide a great service with no hidden costs.

What is the cost of a character costume?
95% of our costumes cost under £799! Our cats, dogs and bears start at £599 for each character costume
or mascot. Bespoke costumes start at just £550! We will always provide you with an accurate highly competitive
quote with no hidden charges and tracked delivery is charged at cost - typically less than £20 for animals!!

You have quoted cheaper than other companies, how can you be so competitive?
We operate our business with few overheads. At Frenzy, you talk to the people who understand the industry
and they are always available for consultation. We offer innovation, quality and value - a unique combination.
We have clients who are really pleased with our work and are happy to recount their experiences... just let us
know if you want to talk to them. Cheap doesn't mean poor quality here! We send you fabric samples so you
can be sure of that!

How long will it take to get my character costume/mascot?
Some character costumes and mascots are usually despatched within days but this can vary according to
availability & resource. We will provide you with a delivery timescale BEFORE you place your order. Bespoke
character costumes and mascots can take anything from 1 - 4 weeks depending on our commitments and the
complexity of the requirement. We are proud of our efficiency & we'll make sure we do everything we can to
achieve your deadline!

Would hiring a costume be cheaper?
We can provide you with your own costume for little more than the cost of hiring one & it's yours to keep!
Your own character costume or mascot can be branded with your company name or logo for the ultimate in
personalisation and this is not as expensive as you might think - it's inclusive!

Are all costumes made to order?
All costumes are made to order, and bespoke doesn't always mean more expense! We offer genuine, excellent
value across the board, and never old samples and oddments!
