How long will it take to get my character costume/mascot?
Some character costumes and mascots are usually despatched within days but this can vary according toavailability & resource. We will provide you with a delivery timescale BEFORE you place your order. Bespoke character costumes and mascots can take anything from 1 - 4 weeks depending on our commitments and the complexity of the requirement. We are proud of our efficiency & we'll make sure we do everything we can to achieve your deadline!
Would hiring a costume be cheaper?
We can provide you with your own costume for little more than the cost of hiring one & it's yours to keep! Your own character costume or mascot can be branded with your company name or logo for the ultimate in personalisation and this is not as expensive as you might think - it's inclusive!
