Considering investing in a mascot could be a once in a lifetime experience and the best way to explore the possibilities is by sharing your thoughts with us. This could be by way of an 3D mascot design illustration (like the above) or just some thoughts – either way we’re used to working with clients who are at various early stages of exploration. If you’re sure you want a mascot and that we’re the supplier for you, we can then start to work together to refine your thoughts.
Next we would collaborate with you to define a mascot design brief: it’s at this point we would discuss your thoughts, any important features such as brand colours/guidelines as well as the specifics related to the requirement. We’d share a clear vision of your mascot costume by providing a proportionally accurate 3D design for you. We can make some tweeks and when you’re happy we move on to the fun part… we bring your mascot idea to life in our UK based studio.
As you’ll see from the finished result here, the 3D process really does make a difference to the aesthetic that Frenzy can achieve. It means that from the very early stages of our communication until the moment you open the box when the costume arrives with you, there are no nasty surprises! With a 3D visual we can provide our makers with ‘views’ of your character from any angle they need meaning your mascot can really look just like you want it to.

Which means if you already have a very definite requirement, including a design to hand, we can work with you just as we could work with a client who just has a great idea. The mascot production process is designed to be a transparent and collaborative one, to ensure you are confident about the end result at each stage of the project.
If you decide to make contact, we’ll provide you with a tailored response explaining how we can help, with some indicative pricing, additional images of costumes to show how we could help with your specific requirement, and timescales.
If you decide that we’re the best mascot manufacturer suited to your needs, we’ll ask you to confirm an an order. Once the order is placed, the project team engage with you to create a robust mascot design brief from which our team of four 3D designers work from. They also are available for discussion at any time.
Once you receive the first draft mascot design, you have further opportunities to make amendments. Once you’re happy, you’ll receive fabric samples to ensure the mascot will be right for you texturally and then the project moves into the production phase.
Once the mascot costume is completed, we send you photos to show you how it would look before you agree to have it sent to you – this is our final check.
We’ve been paying attention to the needs of our clients and are happy to provide that extra reassurance to ensure we meet your expectations of us, whether the mascot costume is designed by us or created from a supplied mascot design.
